一九八七年,我省企业在推行多种形式的经营责任制中取得了很大的成绩。根据党的十三大提出的任务,结合我省的实际情况,一九八八年要继续按照有计划商品经济的要求和两权分离的原则,进一步推行和完善企业多种形式的经营责任制,促使企业两眼向内,从多方面深化改革,继续搞活企业,使我省经济在注重效益的基础上稳定增长。现将有关问题通知如下:一、总结和完善一九八七年各种经营责任制合同,组织好合同“兑现”(一)要对现有的各种经营责任制合同进行一次全面的清理,凡内容不明确,当年难以“兑现”的合同,应由发包、承包双方协商订出补充协议。
