对于高校的排球选项课程教学来讲,运用正确的教学方法有利于全面的提升大学生的运动热情、锻炼他们的身体素质、培养他们的体育精神。而比赛教学法就是其中一个重要的方法。本文主要就比赛教学法在高校排球选项课教学中实验研究的方法、研究的过程、研究的结果三个方面内容展开论述。
For the teaching of volleyball elective courses in colleges and universities, the use of correct teaching methods is conducive to comprehensively enhance the enthusiasm of college students to exercise their physical fitness and develop their sportsmanship. Race teaching method is one of the important methods. This article mainly discusses the methods, research process and results of the competition teaching in the experimental teaching of volleyball elective courses in colleges and universities.
