叶轮式增氧机是目前精养池塘普遍采用的一种增氧机类型,它具有增氧范围大、搅水作用明显、曝气效果好等三大特点。正确使用该机,对于改良池塘水质,预防浮头,保证池塘稳产高产具有十分重要的意义。由于叶轮式增氧机负荷较大,在使用过程中易出现意外故障,影响池塘养殖的安全生产。因此,熟练掌握叶轮式增氧机常见故障的发生机理及排除方法,显得十分必要。 叶轮式增氧机由电动机、减速箱、叶轮、浮筒、支撑杆和电机罩等几部分组成,其中电动机和减速箱较易出现故障,现就该机常见故障及排除方法分述如下:
