在轧件宽厚比为625的条件下,用三次样条函数有限条法研究了冷轧带材轧制压力、两向摩擦力和前、后张力的横向分布问题。获得了轧后边浪、中浪和板形良好等三种不同板形条件下这些力参数的横向分布规律。计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,对板形控制技术的发展有指导意义。在计算中,用预位移原理计算停滞区的摩擦力,提高了计算精度。叙词:
Under the aspect of 625 slab width to thickness ratio, the cubic spline function finite strip method was used to study the rolling pressure, two-direction friction force and transverse distribution of front and back tension of cold-rolled strip. The transverse distribution of these force parameters was obtained under three different plate-shaped conditions, that is, the post-rolling edge wave, the middle wave and the plate shape were good. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results and have instructive significance for the development of the plate shape control technology. In the calculation, the pre-displacement principle is used to calculate the friction in the stagnant zone and the calculation accuracy is improved. Thesaurus:
