我所从一九七二年开始研制特殊粉末材料,产品主要包括复合粉末和超细粉末两大系列。复合粉末是以金属或金属化合物颗粒为核心,包裹上一层金属或合金而形成的特种粉末。主要用于热喷涂技术,也可用于粉末冶金及合金配制。超细粉末指平均粒度小于1微米的粉末材料。由于粒度细、分布均匀和纯度高而使其具有高比表面、高活性和高分散性等特殊性能。我们的产品已有多项通过科学院鉴定并获重大成果奖。已在国防及国民经济建设各方面发挥了重要作用。在此将介绍一些正式产品的规格和形状,我们还将根据用户要求进行调整
Since 1972, we have developed special powder materials. The products mainly include two series of composite powder and ultrafine powder. Composite powder is metal or metal compound particles as the core, wrapped on a layer of metal or alloy and the formation of special powder. Mainly used for thermal spraying technology, can also be used for powder metallurgy and alloy preparation. Ultrafine powder means a powder material having an average particle size of less than 1 micron.
