第一章 总 则第一条 为防止动物传染病、寄生虫病传入我国 ,保护我国农牧渔业生产安全和人体健康 ,根据《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》等法规和中国与有关国家或地区政府签署的双边检疫议定书的要求 ,制定本办法。第二条 本办法适用于中华人民共和国国家质量监督
