作为烟草商业企业的客户经理应具备什么样的基本素质呢?从客户经理自身来看,在知识方面要有丰富的产品知识、行业知识和营销知识;在技能方面要有良好的沟通技巧、语言表达能力以及团队协作精神;在态度方面要有激情和开拓刨新精神,对自己、对商品、对公司充满信心。要具备以上三个方面基本素质,做一名优秀的客户经理,笔者认为必须能干、能想、能说、能写。
