Based on the theory of people’s all-round development, the thought of sustainable development and the scientific concept of development, this paper explores the connotation of people’s sustainable development by using the relevant theories of sociology and education science. It systematically expounds the society that people need for their sustainable development Conditions and points out that human sustainable development is an important goal of the sustained and healthy development of individuals and groups as societies in the future.
