聋哑特殊读者群体应和其他读者一样同等享受高校图书馆服务。文章以上海应用技术学院为例,阐述该馆坚持“以人为本”原则,为聋哑大学生提供人性化特殊化的服务而开展的各项举措,并对今后的工作提出具体的建议。
Deaf special readership should enjoy the same services of university library as other readers. Taking Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example, the article elaborates the various measures taken by the museum to adhere to the “people - oriented” principle and to provide deaf and dumb university students with personalized and specialized services and makes specific suggestions for their future work.
