人才队伍建设离不开技能人才建设。技能人才队伍建设需要不断加强,这样才能够更好地落实人才强国战略,不断提高地区的经济实力和竞争力。面对我市对技能人才的需求与重视,笔者对盘锦市技能人才队伍建设情况进行分析,力争为盘锦市技能人才的快速发展贡献一份力量。
