万众一心、共赴国难的民族团结意识,是抗日战争留给我们的宝贵精神财富;多元并蓄、兼容共存的文化开放意识,是抗战文化发展繁荣的重要思想引擎。通过对桂林抗战音乐文化的个案剖析,围绕国共双方政治上的精诚合作,多元化音乐阵营的团结奋进,文学艺术领域内的百家争鸣等问题,探讨抗战音乐“和而不同”的文化特征,而从精神层面对抗战文化进行新的历史总结。
