CA·CC系列振动压路机是我国与DYNAPAC公司合作生产的产品,具有性能好,适用面广等特点,在交通、水利工程中被广泛使用。但是,在使用中不正确的使用及保养工作,引起故障,使机器的性能得不到充分发挥。常见的现象有:1 行走无力、制动器烧毁CA·CC系列振动压路机采用全液压传动,行走系统选用SAUER＆SUNDSTRAND公司重型系列传动装置,采用闭式系统,主要有变量泵和定量马达组成,使用一个控制手柄来实现方向变换和平稳的无级变速调节,除少数辅助部件外,其它回路和连接均是内部的,使用时不用维修和调整,因此故障率很低。在压路机上常见故障表现在起步时力量充足,随后便行走无力,制动器发热、漏油。
