目的:探讨眼眶爆裂性骨折行Medpor植入治疗的效果。方法:36例(36眼)眼眶爆裂性骨折患者,眶内壁骨折采用内眦皮肤切口入路,下壁及下壁合并内壁骨折者采用下睑缘或下穹隆切口入眶,植入修剪塑形后的Medpor板。结果:所有患者术后随访未发现Medpor脱出及感染等并发症发生,1例仍有轻度复视。结论:Medpor植入是治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折的理想方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Medpor implantation in orbital blowout fractures. Methods: Thirty-six patients (36 eyes) with orbital blowout fracture, orbital wall fractures were treated by the incision of the medial canthal. The lower wall and the inferior wall combined with the fracture of the inferior wall were implanted into the orbit using the lower eyelid margin or inferior vault. After the Medpor board. Results: No postoperative complications such as prolapse of Medpor and infection were found in all patients. One case still had mild diplopia. Conclusion: Medpor implantation is an ideal method for the treatment of orbital blowout fracture.
