预应力钢筋混凝土屋架在单层工业厂房中广泛采用。其预应力筋配筋方案有后张自锚、JM12型钢筋束或钢绞线以及端杆螺丝粗筋等其中端杆螺丝粗筋应用比较普遍。这是因为该方案所需要的材料来源广,预应力筋制作简单,施加预应力容易,锚固安全可靠。但螺丝端杆的冷作处理或热处理工艺给不少施工单位带来了困难。如进行冷作处理需要大型的冷拉设备,采用热处理工艺则需要一套高频电炉,耗资都很可观。这对中小型企业和单位并不那么容易解决,在某种程度上,也影响了预应力结构的推广和使用。
Prestressed reinforced concrete trusses are widely used in single-floor industrial plants. The prestressed tendon reinforcement scheme includes post-tensioned self-anchors, JM12 reinforced tendons or steel strands, and end-bar screw coarse tendons, among which the end-bar screw coarse tendons are commonly used. This is because the source of the materials required by this program is wide, the prestressed tendons are simple to produce, the prestressing is easy to apply, and the anchoring is safe and reliable. However, the cold work or heat treatment process of screw rods has brought difficulties to many construction companies. If cold work is required, large cold drawing equipment is required, and the heat treatment process requires a high frequency electric furnace, which is costly. This is not so easy to solve for small and medium-sized enterprises and units. To a certain extent, it also affects the promotion and use of prestressed structures.
