随着教育改革的不断深入,特别是“以人为本”的理论在幼儿园管理中得到大力提倡,使得幼儿园的管理进入了一个新的阶段。本文从两个方面论述强化幼儿园教师思想政治工作的管理策略。
With the deepening of education reform, especially the “people-oriented” theory is strongly advocated in kindergarten management, making the management of kindergarten has entered a new stage. This article discusses the management strategies of kindergarten teachers’ ideological and political work from two aspects.
