目的:探讨恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的病机、临床治疗方法及效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年9月本院收治的70例恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例,对照组患者采用常规化疗,观察组患者在化疗的基础上加用薄芝糖肽注射液及甘露聚糖肽胶囊,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的骨髓抑制情况较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血小板、白细胞、中性粒细胞较对照组明显升高,观察组患者的血象及血小板较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:薄芝糖肽注射液及甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制具有良好效果。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis, clinical treatment and effect of bone marrow suppression after malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods: Seventy patients with malignant tumor treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy and observation group Patients on the basis of chemotherapy plus thin glycopeptide injection and mannan peptide capsules, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results: The bone marrow suppression in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). The observation group patients with platelet, leukocyte, neutrophil were significantly higher than the control group, the observation group patients with blood and platelet than the control group significantly improved (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: BTP and mannan polysaccharide capsules have good effect on myelosuppression after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor.
