视网膜分枝静脉阻塞严重的并发症之一为黄斑水肿,是视力下降最重要的原因。本文综述了应用眼底血管荧光造影对黄斑水肿进一步分类为囊样黄斑水肿及非囊样渗出性黄斑水肿。阐述了两类不同性质黄斑水肿引起视力下降的病理生理机制,讨论了眼底血管荧光造影分类对激光治疗黄斑水肿的临床指导意义,与传统激光疗法相比较之优越性及其激光治疗的具体方法和疗效判定。
One of the most serious complications of retinal vein occlusion is macular edema, which is the most important cause of vision loss. This review summarizes the use of fundus fluorescein angiography to further classify macular edema into cystoid macular edema and noncapsular exudative macular edema. The pathophysiological mechanism of macular edema caused by two different types of macular edema was described. The clinical significance of fundus fluorescein angiography in classification of macular edema was discussed.
