肺吸虫可侵犯全身除骨骼系统以外的任何脏器,但侵犯眼部的报告罕见,我院曾遇1例现报告如下。 患者 男,7岁,因左下眼睑反复肿胀2月余,视物不清1周,于1983年8月9日入院。入院前5个月有生吃溪蟹史,在左下睑肿胀之前曾发生上唇红肿疼痛,未经治疗自愈。此后在左鼻翼外侧出现约0.3cm×0.5cm的小结节,1周后结节又出现至左眼下睑,不痛,伴视力下降,入院前3天发现左眼珠下
