【《美国医学协会杂志》1989年5月】初步的研究结果表明,用α_1-抗胰蛋白酶气雾剂治疗α_1-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏性肺气肿获得了成功。美国全国心肺及血液学会Richard Hubbard等人把从人类血浆提取到的α_1-抗胰蛋白酶制成气雾剂,治疗了7例肺气肿病人,以增强其肺部防御中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶的作用,已知该酶与下呼吸道慢性阻塞有牵连。应用α_1-抗胰蛋白酶气雾剂100mg后1天,肺上皮细胞表面分泌液的α_1-抗胰蛋白酶水平增高6倍,然后每隔12小时给予上述剂量1次,共3天,结果则α_1-抗胰蛋白酶水平增高8倍,而在肺泡内抗中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶的能力增高3倍。
