当下,从互联网到手机,从博客到微博,再到微信,新媒体已然渗透到了日常生活的方方面面,给社会带来了巨大的变化与深远的影响。然而,对于新媒体到底是什么,即如何定义新媒体的问题,学界与业界一直都各执一词,莫衷一是:有的从技术的层面定义新媒体,有的从传播的层面定义新媒体,有的从内涵方面揭示,有的从外延方面表述等。本文系统梳理了国内外新媒体概念的演进与变革,并在此基础上对于新媒体的概念与特征进行了一些探讨。一、新媒体概念的演进阶段早在20世纪50年代,加拿大学者麦克卢汉就曾发表过题为"电子革命:新媒体的革命
