山区职业中学后进生之成因是多方面的,是社会、家庭、学校和自身的因素综合形成的。对后进生的教育转化、成长引导成为中职学校教育教学中的重点和难点,是学校和教师面临的首要问题。以什么心态对待后进学生,不仅反映出教师职业道德素质,也是国家教育的原则性问题。教育转化后进生需要社会、学校、教师、家长共同努力,社会要重视后进教育,学校要强化管理,教师要以爱施教,家长要落实责任,形成教育转化促进后进生成长成人的育人环境和氛围。
