目的探讨精喹禾灵原药亚慢性经口暴露对SD雄性大鼠生殖系统的损害。方法将雄性SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C和D 4组,每组14只。A组给予正常饲料作为对照,B、C和D 3组给予在每千克基础粉料中分别加入精喹禾灵原药50、150和450 mg混合均匀所制成的饲料,自由摄食饮水,自然光照。饲养90 d后,测定各组大鼠血液生化指标和精子活率,睾丸病理切片观察生精细胞损伤、生精细胞凋亡以及P53蛋白表达。结果精喹禾灵低、中、高剂量组与对照组相比,血液生化指标无统计学差异,精子活率呈下降趋势,生精细胞损伤程度增加,低剂量组生精细胞凋亡与P53蛋白表达明显。结论精喹禾灵可损伤大鼠睾丸生殖细胞,具有雄性生殖毒性。
Objective To investigate the effects of sub-chronic oral exposure of quizalofop-p-ethyl on the reproductive system of male SD rats. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into A, B, C and D 4 groups, 14 in each group. Group A was given normal diet as control. Group B, C and D 3 were fed with 50, 150 and 450 mg of feed per kilogram of basic powder respectively, illumination. After feeding for 90 days, the blood biochemical indexes and sperm motility of rats in each group were determined. The pathological changes of spermatogenic cells, apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and expression of P53 protein were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the quizalofop-p-ethyl group showed no significant difference in blood biochemical parameters, the sperm motility decreased, the degree of spermatogenic cell injury increased. The apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cells in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group Protein expression is obvious. Conclusion Quizalofop-p-ethyl can damage rat testicular germ cells and have male reproductive toxicity.
