课堂教学活动是面对着不同的个性生命体,是充满活力生成的过程。课堂是学生和老师生活的舞台和空间,只有师生共同努力,才能创设高效课堂。这就要求教师,不仅不能忽视学生是课堂的主体这一方面,还不要忘记教师作为课堂的引导者,要能够妥善的驾驭课堂,要求学生能够积极主动,配合老师的教学工作,这样才能使课堂焕发勃勃生机,提高教学效率。
