翻译能力是一种双语交际能力,是把一种语言文字的意义用另一种语言文字表达出来的创造性的语言能力,翻译也是英语学习的基本技能之一。翻译是高中英语教学的重要内容,但高中英语教学实际情况是教师对于学生翻译技能的培养由于某种原因不是很关注。本文旨在明确翻译能力在英语学习中的重要性和尝试性地探索在高中英语教学中培养学生翻译能力的几项策略。
Translation ability is a bilingual communication ability, which is a creative language ability that expresses the meaning of one language in another language. Translation is also one of the basic skills of English learning. Translation is an important part of high school English teaching. However, the actual situation of high school English teaching is that teachers are not very concerned with the cultivation of students’ translation skills for some reason. This article aims to clarify the importance of translating ability in English learning and to explore tentatively several strategies for developing students’ translating skills in high school English teaching.
