李军(铜陵市人民医院)报道:患者女,12岁,因左眼肿物增大并遮挡视线入院。6年前左上险生一黄豆大肿物,不断增大,予以手术摘除。术后2月左下睑长一绿豆大肿物,近年来逐渐增大,影响视线。眼部检查:视力右1.5,左0.7。视物时须用手推开左上下睑。左上睑内翻倒睫,下睑外翻,睑皮肤明显隆起。肿物突出于下睑缘0.7cm,约3×2×2cm大小,表面粗糙,呈肉红色,质硬。左眼球内陷,向各方向运动均受限。眼底正常。肿瘤组织病理诊断:左眼睑纤维组织细胞瘤。

Tumor prominent in the lower eyelid 0.7cm, about 3 × 2 × 2cm size, surface roughness, red meat, hard. Left eye retraction, movement in all directions are limited. Fundus normal. Tumor tissue pathological diagnosis: left eyelid fibrous histiocytoma.
