在市场经济的背景下,医院的财务管理成为医院经济工作的核心,财务管理工作的好坏将直接影响到医院的生存与发展。目前,很多公立医院都将主要精力放在如何提高医疗业务技术水平上,却忽视了医院的财务管理。为了更好地促进医院的财务管理,本文针对医院财务管理中存在的问题,给出几点建设性的意见,旨在为医院更好的发展提供依据。
Under the background of market economy, the hospital’s financial management becomes the core of the hospital’s economic work. The quality of the financial management will directly affect the survival and development of the hospital. At present, many public hospitals will focus on how to improve the technical level of medical services, but neglected the hospital’s financial management. In order to better promote the hospital’s financial management, this article gives some constructive suggestions on the problems existing in the hospital’s financial management, and aims to provide the basis for the better development of the hospital.
