应用深低温保存技术,对新生猪胰岛进行冷冻保存,研究冷冻保存对胰岛免疫原性的影响,并观察冻存的新生猪胰岛异种移植于链脲霉素引致的糖尿病大鼠的移植效果。结果证明冷冻保存是积累供体胰岛的理想方法,可有效降低其免疫原性,在胰岛异种移植实验中,其移植有效率和有效天数比对照组略有增加.
Cryopreservation of porcine islets was performed using cryogenic preservation technique to study the effect of cryopreservation on islet immunogenicity and to observe the transplanted effect of frozen newborn porcine islet xenografts in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The results show that cryopreservation is an ideal method to accumulate donor islets, which can effectively reduce its immunogenicity. In islet xenograft experiments, the transplantation efficiency and effective days slightly increased compared with the control group.
