自Framingham研究提出冠心病的危险因素以来,大量的研究认为,冠心病的发生并非单一因素所致,而是多种危险因素共同作用的结果。既往已有国内外众多大规模的流行病学研究和临床观察结果表明,高血压、血脂代谢异常、糖代谢异常、肥胖和吸烟是冠心病发病和死亡的主要危险因素。但近年也发现了一些新的因素与冠心病的发生有关,现将研究资料较多的几种综述如下。
Since the Framingham study put forward the risk factors for coronary heart disease, a large number of studies have suggested that the occurrence of coronary heart disease is not caused by a single factor but rather the result of a combination of multiple risk factors. Previously, many large-scale epidemiological studies and clinical observations at home and abroad have shown that hypertension, dyslipidemia, abnormal glucose metabolism, obesity and smoking are the major risk factors for coronary heart disease. However, in recent years, some new factors have also been found to be related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease. Several reviews of more research materials are listed below.
