目的:利用有限元分析法分析采用多曲方丝弓(MEAW)在治疗平面左右向偏斜时牙周膜的应力分布情况,为临床操作提供参考。方法:应用CT扫描数据三维重建上颌牙列三维模型,Pro/E软件建立上颌MEAW和牙周膜的实体模型,将模型导入ANSYS软件,建立牙列-牙周膜-MEAW的有限元模型。对MEAW进行位移偏置,计算牙周膜的应力分布。结果:整体弓丝应力分布较均匀,并且弓丝每个“L”型曲水平部位应力较适度,牙周膜应力分布均匀,利于牙齿的整体移动。结论:控制MEAW的“L”型曲位移使弓丝两侧产生的方向相反、均匀适度的应力,能对左右向平面偏斜产生有效的治疗作用,为临床治疗平面左右向偏斜提供一定的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the stress distribution of the periodontal ligament by MEAW in treating left and right skewness in the plane by finite element analysis (FEA), and provide a reference for clinical operation. Methods: Three-dimensional model of maxillary dentition was reconstructed with CT scan data. The maxillary MEAW and periodontal ligament models were established by Pro / E software. The model was imported into ANSYS software and the finite element model of dentition-periodontal ligament-MEAW was established. The displacement of MEAW was calculated and the stress distribution of periodontal ligament was calculated. Results: The stress distribution of the whole arch wire was more uniform, and the stress of each horizontal arch of the arch wire was more moderate, and the distribution of the stress in the periodontal ligament was even, which favored the overall movement of the tooth. CONCLUSION: The control of the displacement of the “L” type of MEAW results in opposite directions on both sides of the archwire. The uniform and moderate stress can produce effective therapeutic effect on the left and right planar deflection. Oblique to provide some theoretical basis.
