目的用一株鹅源H5N1亚型禽流感病毒感染小鼠,观察其对小鼠的致病性及在小鼠间的传染性.方法将小鼠分为正常组、攻毒组、同居组,攻毒组乙醚麻醉后滴鼻感染AIV,观察各组食欲、反应、呼吸及有无皱毛、弓背、死亡等,测量体温及体重;检测相应抗体水平、小鼠排毒情况及小鼠各器官带毒情况,并观察病理组织学变化.结果攻毒组出现食欲反应下降,呼吸急促,皱毛,死亡;体重、体温下降.同居组未出现感染.攻毒组攻毒后12 h至第9天可从肺组织分离出病毒,第10天始出现相应抗体;感染小鼠的肺、心肌、肝、脾、肾和脑组织都有不同程度的病理改变.结论AIV对小鼠具有致病性,AIV能跨越种系障碍直接感染哺乳动物,但在小鼠间无传染性.
