党的十一届三中全会以来,卫国林业局坚持从实际出发,解放思想、大胆探索,在转换企业经营机制过程中走开发林业带动地方经济发展的路子,依靠群众办林业,工在共建新林区,实现了造林营林——木材采伐——木材加工——汽车运修——多种经营相统一.初步建立起了城乡结合,林工贸一体化综合经营的新型经营体制.1993年完成工业用材林造林 800hm~2,成活率达 94.5%,生产原木 4万 m~3,生产胶合板 1.2万 m~3,一二等品合格率达90%以上.完成工业产值 3800多万元,比上年增长10%,实现利税 1000万元.比上年增长19%;1994年 1至9月份完成利税206万元,实现工业总产值2352.8万元(90年不变价).先后多次受到国家、省、地的表彰.更为可喜的是我局在林资源不仅没有赤字,还做到了青山常在,永续利用.
