网络反腐在成为当前我国在反腐败工作中的重要推动力量的同时也大大提升了我国反腐的效果。在网络成为反腐利器的同时其负面影响也日益突出。反腐也是一把双刃剑,存在诸多问题,带来的负面影响也日益突出。在司法实践中,网络反腐涉及宪法、刑法、行政法、民法等诸多法律问题,无论是哪个问题都是很复杂的,因此如何积极和正确的引导网络反腐,为我国网络反腐提供法律制度的保障成为当务之急。
