一、前言磁粉探伤方法是一种极其简便的表面探伤方法。磁化后的部件只要表面或近表面存在缺陷,则在其附近区域存在漏磁通,吸引磁粉,即能显示裂纹。假如有一种器件能检测出表面的磁场或其变化,磁场较强部位也就代表了检出的缺陷位置。这实际上是磁粉探伤的仪器化,亦即以“电子显示”方法探伤。它已广泛使用于钢管或磁性钢棒的裂纹检测。目前在裂纹深度、裂纹倾斜角、材料厚度(或磁性材料厚度,)及材料导磁率测量等方面得到应用。
I. Introduction Magnetic particle inspection method is an extremely simple surface inspection method. As long as there is a defect on the surface or the near surface of the magnetized part, a magnetic flux leakage exists in the vicinity of the magnetized part, attracting the magnetic powder to show the crack. If there is a device that can detect the surface of the magnetic field or its change, the stronger part of the field also represents the detection of defects. This is actually instrumentation of magnetic particle inspection, that is, “electronic display” method flaw detection. It has been widely used in steel or magnetic steel bar crack detection. Currently in the crack depth, crack tilt angle, the thickness of the material (or magnetic material thickness), and material permeability measurement applications.
