行政公开是二战后各国行政发展的趋势,各国陆续建立了各种相应的法律,其中美国行政公开立法最全面、最有代表性,在很多方面值得我国在相关立法中借鉴,以此推动中国行政公开法制的建设。
Administrative openness is the trend of administrative development in all countries after World War II, and various countries have successively established various corresponding laws. Among them, the United States has the most comprehensive and representative public administrative legislation and in many aspects deserves our country’s reference in the relevant legislation so as to promote China’s administrative Open legal system construction.
