随着我国经济不断发展与进步,国内的企业无论是在规模上还是数量上均取得了突飞猛进的发展,企业面临的竞争也愈来愈激烈。在当今时代环境下,企业文化在企业管理中的重要性日益凸显。本文从企业文化对煤炭企业管理的推动性作用角度出发,先简单阐述了企业文化的概念,然后重点探讨了企业文化对煤炭企业管理的推动性作用,最后提出了加强企业文化对煤炭企业管理推动作用的具体措施,旨在为提升企业管理能力提供一定的参考。
