香港产幸福止痛素、幸福伤风素由于其疗效好,副作用少而得到广泛应用,市场销售量较大。同时由于价格较贵,市场伪品时有发现。因这两种产品是境外生产,我们无质量监测标准,质量控制缺乏依据。经查阅说明书及包装物得知:幸福止痛素处方为每片含扑热息痛500mg,幸福伤风素的处方为每片含扑热息痛250mg,咖啡因30mg,扑尔敏2mg,盐酸去氧肾上腺素5mg,维生素 B_13mg。笔者根据处方及实验情况,设计出鉴别方法如下,可供有关单位掌握使用:一、幸福止痛素的鉴别取本品半片,加水5ml 研磨,滤过,滤液加三氯化铁试液2滴。显蓝紫色。二、幸福伤风素的鉴别(1)取本品半片,照幸福止痛素的方法鉴别,显相同的结果。
