目的了解小学生口腔健康知识和行为状况,为学校开展口腔健康教育提供依据。方法选取北京市顺义区1所小学三到六年级所有在校学生,使用自行设计的问卷,现场发卷,独立填写,完成后由调查员统一收卷。调查内容包括:一般情况、口腔健康知识及卫生行为。结果学生掌握简单的口腔卫生知识,但对较深入的口腔知识和技能知晓率低,整体正答率为47.9%。97.1%的学生每天刷牙,但只有39.4%的学生每次刷牙时间不少于3 min;62.0%的学生一直或经常饭后漱口。结论该区多数小学生掌握一定的口腔健康知识,但口腔卫生行为存在问题。学校应加强口腔健康教育。
Objective To understand the oral health knowledge and behavior of primary school students and to provide the basis for oral health education in schools. Methods All schoolchildren in grade 3 to 6 of 1 primary school in Shunyi district of Beijing were selected to use self-designed questionnaires. The questionnaires were sent out voluntarily and completed independently. The survey includes: general situation, oral health knowledge and hygiene behavior. Results Students had simple oral hygiene knowledge but low awareness of oral hygiene knowledge and skills. The overall positive answer rate was 47.9%. 97.1% of students brush their teeth daily, but only 39.4% of students brush their teeth every time not less than 3 min; 62.0% of students have been or often after gargle. Conclusion Most primary school students in this area have certain oral health knowledge, but there are problems in their oral health behaviors. Schools should strengthen oral health education.
