目的了解中专护理毕业生心理卫生状况,为有针对性的开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对镇江市区中等护理学校的127名毕业生进行调查。结果在受测的护生毕业生中,全量表总分在>65分为零。全量表总分在56~65分之间有6名,占4.72%。在8个因子中学习焦虑检出率最高为65.35%,其次依次为过敏倾向、身体症状、冲动倾向、对人焦虑、自责倾向、恐怖倾向、孤独倾向。结论中专护理毕业生心理健康状况不容乐观,心理健康教育工作急待加强。应建立心理问题及高危人群的复查方法,为心理咨询服务提供依据。
Objective To understand the mental health status of nursing graduates in secondary technical schools and provide the basis for carrying out psychological health education. Methods Mental health test (MHT) was used to investigate 127 graduates in Zhenjiang urban secondary nursing school. Results Among the tested nursing graduates, the total score of the full scale was> 65 points. The total score in the total score of 56 to 65 points between 6, accounting for 4.72%. Among the eight factors, the highest detection rate of learning anxiety was 65.35%, followed by allergic tendency, physical symptoms, impulsive tendency, anxiety, self-blaming, terrorist tendency and loneliness. Conclusion The mental health status of secondary nursing graduates is not optimistic, mental health education urgently needs to be strengthened. Psychological problems should be established and high-risk groups of review methods to provide the basis for psychological counseling services.
