大量的气候研究成果显示,由于大气中积累温室气体不断增加,人类赖以生存的生态环境正面临严峻考验。节能减排刻不容缓,世界各国以及中国政府相继制定了节能减排的政策与指标。本文在宏观的角度,在三个方面阐述了使用信息通讯技术在支持与帮助节能减排方面的各种优势与作用:直接影响,外在影响和系统效应。并展示了在经济危机之后,绿色经济被列为世界各主要国家经济复苏的新经济增长点。为我国各企业揭示了其中潜在的巨大发展机遇。
A large number of climate research results show that due to the accumulation of atmospheric greenhouse gases continue to increase, the ecological environment in which humans depend is facing a severe test. Energy-saving emission reduction urgent, all countries in the world and the Chinese government have formulated energy-saving emission reduction policies and indicators. From a macro point of view, this paper expounds various advantages and functions of using ICT in supporting and helping energy conservation and emission reduction in three aspects: direct impact, external impact and system effect. And showed that after the economic crisis, the green economy was listed as a new economic growth point for the economic recovery of all major countries in the world. For our various enterprises revealed one of the huge potential for development.
