为了开发高效、安全、经济的新型无公害植物源农药,以K326为供试品种,研究了大蒜素稀释液对烟草黑胫病的田间药效。结果表明:大蒜素稀释500倍对烟草黑胫病的防治效果最好,施药20天后,防效达到46.1%;大蒜素浓度越高,防效越大;但是,随着施药时间的延长,大蒜素的防效明显下降,因此,要真正推广应用于大田还有待进一步研究。
In order to develop a new type of non-pollution botanical pesticide with high efficiency, safety and economy, the effect of allicin dilution on tobacco black shank was studied using K326 as tested varieties. The results showed that allicin diluted 500 times had the best control effect on tobacco black shank. After 20 days of application, the control effect reached 46.1%. The higher the allicin concentration was, the greater the control effect was. However, as the application time prolonged Allicin’s control effect dropped significantly, therefore, to be truly popularized and applied to the field remains to be further studied.
