好多人认为工会工作就是搞搞活动、发发福利,没有多大难度。的确,以前确实如此。而如今,没有两把刷子,却是拿不下工会工作的。近年来,我组织青年联谊、球类联赛及主题演讲比赛等活动数十次,丰富了员工的业余生活,释放了他们的工作压力。每逢节日,工会都要组织人员去慰问福利院的老人和孩子,慰问行里的退休员工,让为我们打江山的老员工体会到组织的温暖;实施“金秋助学”计划,成就学子的梦想;赞助杨凌高新产业技术博览会……针对80后、90后青年逐渐成为职场骨干的现实,我们联合团工委为青年员
Many people think that trade union work is to engage in activities and make benefits without any great difficulty. Indeed, it used to be.
