作者对乌鲁木齐地区正常人维吾尔族24例和对照组汉族15例在短期培养条件下周围血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)进行了观察。SCE/细胞频率(平均值)维吾尔族、汉族分别为5.34±0.17和5.41±0.35。统计结果维吾尔族与汉族间和维吾尔族性别间均无显著性差异。
The authors investigated the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 24 cases of Uygur normal subjects in Urumqi and 15 cases in Han controls of control subjects under short-term culture conditions. SCE / cell frequency (average) Uygur and Han were 5.34 ± 0.17 and 5.41 ± 0.35 respectively. Statistical results There was no significant difference between Uighur and Han nationality and Uighur gender.
