目的分析肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2例经手术及病理证实的腺囊性淋巴管瘤CT表现并复习相关文献。结果 CT表现为肾上腺形态不规则低密度,部分病变呈多囊结构,密度不均匀,囊壁和间隔可见形态多样的钙化灶,增强扫描囊壁及间隔轻度强化。1例呈类圆形囊性低密度影;另1例有间隔,囊壁见钙化;增强扫描2例囊壁均有强化,1例间隔有强化。结论肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤CT表现具有一定特征,术前可作出定性诊断,能为临床治疗及预后提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of adrenal cystic lymphangioma and to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods Two cases of adenoid cystic lymphangioma confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results CT showed irregular low-density adrenal morphology, some lesions were polycystic structures, uneven density, cyst wall and the interval can be seen in various forms of calcification, enhanced scan of the wall and the interval mild enhancement. One case was round cystic low-density shadow; the other one had interval, the cyst wall calcification; enhanced scan in 2 cases were enhanced cyst wall, 1 case interval enhancement. Conclusion The CT findings of adrenal cystic lymphangioma have some characteristics. Preoperative diagnosis can be made, which can provide an important basis for clinical treatment and prognosis.
