面神经麻痹系指茎乳突孔内急性非化脓性炎症等所致的面神经瘫痪,又称贝尔(Bell)麻痹。常见原因可能为病毒感染或受寒冷空气刺激,导致血管痉挛,面神经管内缺血、水肿,压迫面神经而致麻痹,产生周围性面部表情肌瘫痪。近5年来,我们应用中西医结合疗法治疗面神经麻痹30例,并加强护理,获得较好效果。现报告如下。
Facial paralysis refers to the paralysis of the facial nerve caused by acute non-suppurative inflammation in the styloid process, also known as Bell paralysis. Common causes may be viral infection or cold air stimulation, leading to vasospasm, facial nerve tube ischemia, edema, paralysis caused by oppression of the facial nerve, resulting in peripheral facial expression muscle paralysis. In the past 5 years, we applied 30 cases of facial paralysis with Integrative Chinese and Western medicine to strengthen nursing and obtain better results. The report is as follows.
