2015年南京市居民健康期望寿命分析

目的测算南京市居民健康期望寿命,综合性分析人群健康状况,为相关公共政策的制定提供依据。方法收集人口信息、死亡信息,并根据横断面调查资料得到人群不同健康问题的流行率或现患率。基于沙利文法测算不同类型健康期望寿命指标。结果 2015年南京市居民期望寿命为82.19岁(男性80.11岁,女性84.45岁)。无慢性病健康期望寿命为61.22岁(男性60.24岁,女性62.25岁),无残障健康期望寿命为79.95岁(男性77.82岁,女性82.23岁),自评健康期望寿命为72.80岁(男性71.73岁,女性74.13岁)。结论男性与女性生命质量的差距远小于生命长度的差距。慢性病已成为人到中年后即影响人群健康的主要因素,高龄人群中,生命质量随年龄下降更为明显。建议政府部门将健康期望寿命作为重要指标使用和发布,并继续加大对慢性病患者和老年人的健康保障措施。 Objective To estimate the health life expectancy of residents in Nanjing and to analyze the health status of the population in a comprehensive way so as to provide the basis for the formulation of relevant public policies. Methods The population information and death information were collected and the prevalence or prevalence of different health problems of the population were obtained according to the cross-sectional survey data. Calculating different types of healthy life expectancy based on Sullivan method. Results The life expectancy of residents in Nanjing in 2015 was 82.19 years (80.11 for males and 84.45 for females). The healthy life expectancy without chronic diseases was 61.22 years (male 60.24 years and female 62.25 years), the disabled life expectancy was 79.95 years (male 77.82 and female 82.23 years), and the self-rated healthy life expectancy was 72.80 years (male 71.73 years, female 74.13 years old). Conclusion The difference between male and female quality of life is far less than the length of life. Chronic diseases have become the main factor affecting the health of people after middle age. In the elderly, the quality of life is more obvious with the decline of age. It is recommended that government departments use healthy life expectancy as an important indicator for use and release and continue to increase their health protection measures for people with chronic diseases and the elderly.
