我国作为一个农业大国对农业生产重视程度自然很高,尤其是对水稻的生产进行研究具有重大的现实意义。水稻在种植过程中由于需要充足的水分,难以在缺水的环境下维持生长,所以,我国水稻生产对于抗旱性要求很高。但是我国很多地方环境干燥,水分稀少,严重影响水稻产量的提高。基于此,主要针对水稻抗旱机理、抗旱育种研究进展进行论述,为进一步研究水稻抗旱机理以及抗旱育种提供理论依据。
As a great agricultural country, our country attaches great importance to agricultural production, and it is of great practical significance to study the production of rice in particular. Due to the need of adequate water in rice cultivation, it is difficult to maintain its growth under water-deficient environment. Therefore, rice production in our country is highly demanding for drought resistance. However, in many parts of China, the environment is dry and water is scarce, which seriously affects the improvement of rice yield. Based on this, the dissertation focuses on the mechanism of drought resistance in rice and the progress of research on drought resistance breeding, which provides theoretical basis for further research on drought resistance mechanism and drought resistance breeding in rice.
