贫血是由许多不同病因所引起的一种临床常见症状,不是独立的疾病。只有明确贫血的病因及性质,才能有合理的治疗并取得满意的效果。在临床工作中,遇到贫血患者时,不能只满足表面现象,对贫血的病因不作深入的调查研究,就盲目滥用铁剂和维生素B_(12)。结果虽经长期治疗,但疗效不著,甚至延误治疗时机。鉴于目前存在的一些问题,谈谈贫血的诊断与鉴别诊断的体会和认识。
