北京西南郊冷库主库工程群柱施工采用了液压滑模工艺,将39.40米高的柱体,一次连续滑升到顶。滑升的混凝土质量和垂直度均达到设计要求和国家规范的有关规定。这次实践对群体竖向结构的滑模施工工艺做了初次探索,收到了良好效果。
In the construction of the main bank of the cold storage project in the southwestern suburbs of Beijing, a hydraulic sliding mode process was adopted to lift the 39.40-meter-high column to the top continuously. The quality and verticality of the ascending concrete all meet the design requirements and relevant regulations of the national regulations. This practice has made initial explorations of the sliding mode construction technology for the vertical structure of the group and received good results.
