本研究对广东某高职学院13位英语教师的学科教学知识进行问卷调查,并选取部分教师进行访谈和课堂观察。研究结果表明,大部分教师具有一定的学科内容知识和一般教学法知识,能够胜任目前的高职英语教学。但是,教师的学科教学知识有待进一步提高,本科学历的高职英语教师对专业发展的内容和途径的认识有待进一步提高。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the teaching knowledge of 13 English teachers in a vocational college in Guangdong and selected some teachers to conduct interviews and class observations. The results show that most of the teachers have a certain knowledge of the subject content and general pedagogy, and are competent for the current higher vocational English teaching. However, teachers’ knowledge of subject teaching needs to be further improved, and higher vocational English teachers with undergraduate education need to further improve their understanding of the contents and approaches of professional development.
