目的:分析大鼠病理与生理状态下淫藤骨痹康方挥发油入血成分的差异,揭示淫藤骨痹康方活血作用药效物质基础。方法:采用CO2超临界流体萃取淫藤骨痹康方挥发油,对其在正常大鼠与急性血瘀模型大鼠的入血成分进行GC-MS分析,比较病理与生理状态下的挥发油入血成分与代谢成分差异。结果:挥发油经GC-MS分析共鉴定32个组分,以蒿本内酯(39.23%)、柠檬烯为(21.7%)为主。生理状态下,挥发油入血成分有16个,其中有7个成分为挥发油原型成分,9个成分为代谢产生的新成分;病理状态(急性血瘀)下,入血成分有22个,其中有10个成分为挥发油原型成分,12个成分为代谢产生的新成分;两种状态下共同的入血原型成分有7个,代谢产生的相同新成分有8个。结论:血瘀状态影响淫藤骨痹康方挥发油组分的吸收与代谢,其入血成分可能为其活血作用的药效物质。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the difference of infiltration components of Volatile Oil from Jueguogubi Kang in rats under pathological and physiological conditions, and to reveal the pharmacological substance basis of Juedeng Gubi Kangbi activating blood. Methods: Extract volatile oil of Kyoji Gubi Kang decoction by CO2 supercritical fluid was used for GC-MS analysis of blood components in normal rats and acute blood stasis model rats, and to compare the blood components of volatile oil in pathology and physiology Differences with the metabolic components. Results: A total of 32 volatile components were identified by GC-MS analysis. Artemisinin (39.23%) and limonene (21.7%) were the main constituents. Physiological state, the volatile oil into the blood composition of 16, of which seven components of essential oil components, nine components for the metabolism of new ingredients; pathological state (acute blood stasis), the blood composition of 22, including The 10 components were the essential components of volatile oil, and the 12 components were new components of metabolism. There were 7 proto-elements in blood and 8 new components in metabolism. Conclusion: The state of blood stasis affects the absorption and metabolism of the components of Volatile Oil of Juentou Gubi Kang Fang, and its blood components may be the effective substance of its activating blood circulation.
